Creating a Blog

Objective:
This job aid will teach you how to create a blog as well as how to post your entry into your blog.
 
 
Step one: Open blogger
 

Go to www.blogger.com to create a blog. This is also where you go to sign in next time you want to publish something into your blog.
 
 
Step two: Click Create
 

Click on "Create Your Blog Now".
 
 
 
Step three: Fill out the form
 
Fill in the data needed. Check the box that you accept the “Terms of Service” and hit Continue. Remember the name and the password. They will be your sign-ins.
 
 

Step four: Name your blog

 

Name your blog and the URL address. Type in the word verification it shows on your screen and hit Continue.
 
 
 

Step five: Choose a template

 

Choose among an array of templates for your blog by clicking into the circle underneath the template and hit Continue.
 
 
 

Step six: You're done!

 

Congratulations! Your blog has been created and you can start posting by clicking on “Start Posting.”
