Making an Online Call Using Skype

Objective:

This job aid will show you how to make a call to other Skype users with an established account.

 
 

Step one:
 

Open Skype and sign on to your account.
 
 
 

Step two:
 

Locate the name of the individual you wish to contact.
 
 
 
Step three:
 

Click the one of the green buttons as indicated below, to start your call.

 
 
 

Step four:

 

Skype will then ring your contact.
 
 
 

Step five:
 

Skype will then show that your connection was established and keep track of the call duration.

 
 
 

Step six:

 

To end the call, simply click the red button as indicated below.
