1. Consider three adults: a single mom, a psychology student, and an elderly red-cross volunteer from Africa about to take a course on child development. Each of these individuals differs in age (20, 30, 40) and life-developmental phases (searching, young/adolescent/striving, mature/stable). They also differ in terms of situational characteristics: for the single mom, the course is part-time and optional, for the psychology student, it is full-time and compulsory; for the volunteer it is part-time but required. According to the adult learning model, what do you think might be necessary?

"XXX" is a software company, which develops web-based tools using Microsoft ASP (Active Server Pages). the company CEO, Mr. John has decided to use ASP.NET is similar to ASP and as the software engineers are already proficient in ASP, Mr. John has decided to conduct a workshop on ASP .NET. Sally, an instructional designer is working with Dave, an expert in ASP.NET to organize the workshop content for ASP .NET. How should Sally organize the workshop materials?
