Drupal: Submitting Image Files to the Repository

1. Navigate to Submit Repository Page

2. Select "Image" in the "Publication Type" drop-down box near the top of the page. The page will automatically change to look similar to the following graphic. In this example, the object being submitted is an image.

3. Enter required information in the red boxes. In this example there are eight red boxes (scroll down to see them). Use the OLL standard sheet for guidence on the information required. Remember you can go back and edit your entries after you have submitted the object.

4. For image objects, note the "Attached Images" link under the "Title" text box. Click on this link to upload the image file. "Browse" to your image, select it, and click on "Open." Note the path to the image is now shown in the text box.

5. For objects with other types of files (e.g. PowerPoint, Video), scroll down the page to the "File Attachments" link and near the bottom and click on it. "Browse" to your object, select it, and click on "Open." Then click on "Attach."

6. Proceed down the page completing the remaining red boxes.

7. Click on "Submit" at the bottom of the page.
