Education First

As part of Pacific Bell's Education First Initiative, and working with San Diego State University's College of Education and the Educational Technology department, this website describes the educational applications for K-12 schools, community colleges, and public libraries. Specifically, applications are featured that capitalize on TeleComputing (e.g., internet-based activities) and Interactive TeleLearning (e.g., video conferencing) via ISDN lines.
