Weekly OLL Workshops (WOW!)
WOW workshops are held twice a week, 13 times a semester. They provide the faculty with hands-on training in topics that are valuable for improving online instruction. Topics range from Working with Wikis, Audio Production and Podcasting, and Using a Virtual Learning Environment: Second Life. Each workshop presents faculty members with both the pedagogical and technological aspects of the topic that week thereby helping them create more dynamic and motivating ways to learn.
Workshops are held Wednesdays 3 p.m. to 5p.m. and Fridays 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the University of South Alabama, College of Education, Room 3302.
